The equipment collects, purifies and fills acetylene gas by the reaction of calcium carbide hydrolysis. (2) working principle
After the raw material calcium carbide is broken, it is added into acetylene generator. The generator is filled with water. After the calcium carbide enters the water, it will hydrolyze with water and release acetylene gas.
The acetylene gas produced is washed into the washing tower at a pressure of 20KPa through the outlet, removing the particulate impurities contained in the gas and cooling it down. The gas is then stored in the gas tank and the pressure of 20KPa is reduced to 4-5kpa after being buffered by the gas tank. With the floating of the gas tank, the charging time and feeding amount of the generator are determined. It is the center of balancing the whole system. Gases in gas holder after decompression in contact with cleaning agent into the purifier, the impurities contained in the use of cleaning agent and gas reaction, thus removing gases contain phosphide and sulfide, the purity reaches more than 98% of the national standard. The gas passes through the neutralizer again, and its internal neutralizer produces the neutralization reaction, so that the nature of the gas reaches the neutrality. After deoiling, the gas is finally dried through the high-pressure dryer again, and the water content in acetylene gas reaches below 100ppm. It is then filled into the bottle or transported to the pipelines of other relevant processes.

It is the main safety device to ensure that the gas inside the gas cabinet is reflued to the generator to prevent the air from entering the generator when the pressure inside the generator is too low. When the pressure is too high, the automatic vent pipe installed on it will automatically discharge the gas to ensure that the system pressure will not exceed the rated value..

(3)acetylene gas cabinet--system balance centre
Acetylene gas cabinet is the center for balancing the whole system to the normal parameters. At the same time, it is also a reference for automatic control of generator feeding time and dosage. It is also used as a gas return device. The structure is a tank type (wet type) gas holder, which consists of three parts: sink, bell, cover and guide rail. The working temperature is at room temperature and the working pressure is 3-4Kpa. It is used to balance the gas consumption of the balancing generator with the compressor suction volume in unit time, and to stabilize the suction volume of the compressor.

(4)low pressure dryer
It is used for dehydration of acetylene gas in low-pressure pipelines, and is used for drying. Anhydrous calcium chloride can be used as desiccating agent, or ice water at 5 degrees can be used as a condensing agent.
