Product Description

1. System Technical process specification
The raw water runs into the raw water tank through pipes , then enters into hydrogen (oxygen) synthesis tower by feed water pump and then passes by alkali solution pump and alkali solution filter, at last ,it enters into electrolysis ,in the electrolysis ,the water is continuously be electrolyzed and become hydrogen and oxygen in different side, then the hydrogen and oxygen separately runs into hydrogen(or oxygen )separator with lye solution. In separator, gas will be separated by means of weight ,the left  solution will be mixed with new feed water in separator ---then into lye solution circulating pump--filter--eletrolyzer--separator this internal circulation. The separated oxygen gas will be cooled, scrubbed, separated from water vapor, then runs into water-gas separator for separating condensed water ,and finally go out through regulator valve.  The process of hydrogen gas is same as oxygen gas .  
The system cooling water is used for the consumption of water electrolysis for hydrogen(oxygen) production equipment and cooling for rectifier, otherwise ,the system cooling water can feed water to seal water tank.

2 Control system specification
A. PLC
The whole hydrogen production equipment can run automatically under a programmable controller (PLC). The control system has many functions such as automatically stop; monitor ,control ,alarm ,interlock and so on . And when the operator presses only one key ,the equipment will run automatically. The control system can be operated by hand.  When something is wrong with PLC ,the system can run smoothly with manual operation.
B. Control loop and parameter of hydrogen generating system
I. Pressure control system
At first, the pressure transducer on oxygen separator gets the signals of oxygen pressure, then the pressure transducer turns the signals into 4-20MA current and sends the changed signal to PLC. After comparing with the set data and PID calculating,PLC transmits electric signals to electric-gas convertor to become gas signals into 0.02-0.1Mpa,and then controls the pneumatic diaphragm regulate valve on oxygen side to keep the system pressure at balanced situation, and by this way the system could work normally.
2. Liquid level control system
a. Liquid level control on hydrogen separator
    During the electroanalysis ,the raw water is wasted, and the liquid level of hydrogen(oxygen)separators go down . To keep the system woke normally the raw water must be feed up by pump.
The differential pressure transducer on hydrogen side measures the liquid level and then has the electric signals in 4-20MA current ,then the signals are input to PLC,comparing with the set data of up liquid level and bottle liquid level ,interlock data, PLC outputs signals to give orders to pumps to run or stop. Setting data for alarm when the level gets to up level or bottle level and interlock can be done on the interface of man-machine .
b.Differential pressure control on hydrogen and oxygen sides
To keep the pressure of hydrogen side and oxygen side in good balance is the task of this system . The signals in 4-20mA on both sides are sent to PLC by differential pressure transducers on hydrogen separator and oxygen separator . The pressure of hydrogen side is regarded as set point, the other as measured value. Then after comparing with the set data and PID calculating, The results are sent to electric-gas convertor to become gas signals into 0.02-0.1Mpa,and then the pneumatic diaphragm regulate valve on hydrogen side is regulated to keep the system pressure at balanced situation, and by this way the system could work normally.
3. Temperature control system
The working temperature in electrolyzer is very important in all system. The temperature in electrolyzer is controlled by the controlling on the temperature of lye solution. The signals are sent to PLC by temperature transducer on oxygen separator . Then After comparing with the set data and PID calculating, The results are sent to electric-gas convertor to become gas signals into 0.02-0.1Mpa , and then the pneumatic diaphragm regulate valve on cooling water pipes is regulated to control the temperature of lye solution. The control way on temperature is our new technique which is created by our many years , experiences.
